Master Planning Project

On a 125.4 Hectares site, Symbion architects are developing a compact mixed-use development along Ngong Road forming that will form a sub-centre to the Central Business District (CBD.) This shall reduce the daytime population within the CBD, promote Nairobi City’s vision of having a balanced economic growth, and reduce traffic congestion.

This sub-centre shall create an inclusive urban economy with effective and efficient transport systems, a healthy, thriving and green city with pedestrian-friendly urban spaces, improved water distribution network and storm water drainage system.
