Hotel Project
Symbion was engaged to develop a master plan for the redevelopment of the existing Polana Hotel and the more modern Polana Mar bedroom extension.
This culminated in a complete refurbishment of the main historic building with the reconstruction of all public areas and the magnificent ballroom being returned to its former glory. New restaurants were linked to the existing kitchens and each of the hotel’s many varied bedrooms completely renovated.
