The development consists of 3no. Stunning 4-bedroom family houses sitting on 5.4 acres of property in the serene up market Karen neighbourhood.
Their design is based on Tuscany architecture and incorporates low pitched roofs, painted walls, tempered elements clad with natural stone, sweeping arches and extensive terraces and balconies. A double volume lobby with a glass roof, combined with an open atrium, ensures that all rooms and spaces are naturally well lit with adequate cross ventilation. Each house measures approximately 1,224sqm.
