Cham Towers Shopping Mall

Symbion was appointed to restore aesthetic appeal to the public spaces of the building, with attention to the entrance façade and shop fronts. The work done was on 4 no. floors with 2,900 sqm lettable space shopping mall plus renovation of basement parking . A wide entrance lobby leads shoppers to a promotions court useful for marketing and adjacent to a terrace seating area. The double volume space is celebrated by an interesting ceiling design by means of plaster clouds. This main atrium is bordered by shops and large circular rectangular pillars to support the structure of the building. The pillars are polished with granite, timber, mirror and mosaic cladding will ultimately liven up the space. The escalators provide access to the mezzanine level, from which shoppers have a glaring view of the atrium and its events.
