The site is on Plot 10 lugogo bypass is an undeveloped plot adjacent to a service station owned by the same client. The precinct is currently a commercial mixed-use zone that is rapidly developing into a vibrant commercial/ light industrial corridor with a burgeoning of facilities that include offices, all-purpose vehicular service stations, showrooms and shopping malls which have been spurred by a need to relocate from the dense CBD area.
