Symbion Uganda was commissioned to design a business park consisting of 10 office blocks and a shopping mall. The site is primly located close to the Kampala CBD and has been zoned to accommodate a Hotel on 3.9 acres, a Hospital on 2.6 acres and the business park to cover 10.5 acres. The design is intended to be a state of the art business park and shopping mall with iconic architecture. Key interventions on this project included; The celebrated pedestrian and people spaces, ample parking, the rich and vast landscape , sustainability through the buildings’ arrangements, ample day light, and air quality. This futuristic project comprises of buildings whose character is sleek, airy and modern. The office blocks have an average of 12 floors. The corner block graces the approach to the site form along Yusuf Lule road with its curved façade. Attractive retail on the ground floors is supported by restaurants all the way to the podium levels. A curved Iconic 18 floor tower will be visible from both road sides to give the site a strong identity.
