With over 25,000 sqm Speke shopping center, shall be the most prominent retail store department in the city. Efficient planning and design within the strategic location fosters a convenient and eventful shopping experience. The celebrated pedestrian and people spaces, ample parking, the rich and vast landscape , sustainability through the buildings’ arrangements, ample day light, and air quality. This futuristic project comprises of buildings whose character is sleek, airy and modern The corner block graces the approach to the site form along Yusuf Lule road with its curved façade. Attractive retail on the ground floors is supported by restaurants all the way to the podium levels. A curved Iconic 18 floor tower will be visible from both road sides to give the site a strong identity.
