Symbion Uganda Ltd was commissioned by the Inter University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) for the Preparation of Designs and Supervision Consultancy Services for Construction of the proposed Headquarters Building Phase II located at Plot No. M833, along Kigobe Road, Kyambogo Hill, Kampala. The proposed development is a 6-storey building on a gross area of approximately 6,000 Sqm. Scope of services provided include design services (preparation of architectural & engineering designs) and project management that involves supervision of the construction works to full completion. Proposed Schedules: , Office buildings of at least 5 levels with a basement for parking and other facilities , 500 capacity Conference Hall/s and parallel session rooms , 100 capacity seminar/training rooms , Data Centre/warehouse , Cafeteria, Resource Center and Archives
