Oscar joined Symbion as an architectural student in 1993. Upon graduation, he continued with Symbion. He became a Partner in the year 2000 and moved to head the Uganda Practice where he stayed for a period of 8 years before returning to Symbion Kenya Limited.

Oscar is a Fellow member of the Uganda Society of Architects and a corporate member of Architectural Association of Kenya. He is also a registered Project Management Professional (PMP).
