Pius Muli graduated from University of Nairobi School of Architecture in 1998 and joined Symbion immediately thereafter. He rose through the ranks to become a partner in 2004. In 2006, he moved to head Symbion Uganda Limited, where he is based to date.

He is a registered architect and a Corporate Member of Architectural Association of Kenya and the Uganda Society of Architects.
