The project involves a 3-storey grade A office block, hosting offices for the various departments, served by amenities including basement and surface parking, a cafeteria, a 300-capacity auditorium, washrooms and kitchenettes, and break-out areas. The building is organized around a series of courtyards to allow for natural light and ventilation, and to provide for break-out areas from the offices. An outbuilding houses services and the gate house.
