Agha Khan University Centre is a high-rise building complex featuring classrooms, staff workspaces, and multi-functional suites for training medical and nursing students in a variety of simulated clinical experiences. Sitting on a 0.75 ha site, the mini campus also features a host of auxiliary spaces such as outdoor spaces for informal meetings and reading. The project achieved its EDGE Advanced certification for several sustainable features that positively impact the project itself and the broader community. These features include: , 41% reduction in energy consumption , 22% reduction in water consumption and 28% reduction in embodied energy of materials.
