Symbion Uganda carried out a design proposal for Hotel Apartments in early 2014. The design will yield 100 no. serviced hotel apartment units on completion. The project features three apartment blocks, a main building and clubhouse. Clusters of outdoor parking will be surrounded by lush greenery, dividing the blocks.

Retail spaces, management offices, a cosy coffee shop, restaurant and grand lobby bring the Main Block to life. It also comprises two floors of fully furnished luxury studio apartments as well as executive meeting rooms. Two and three-bedroom apartments feature in blocks 1, 2 & 3 giving potential residents a selection to choose from. The Clubhouse block offers residents a steam & sauna with massage rooms, gymnasium, aerobics studio, swimming pool and club room for alleviation. An inherent part of the overall scheme is detailed landscape design for water fountains, garden pathways, gazebos and a secure kids’ play area.
