A suburban medium size 3-star hotel. The theme proposed is a mix of Classical / Colonial theme but with a modern interpretation (outlook). This theme echoes of the rich colonial / classical history exemplified by such places as the missionary establishments within the neighbourhood. The theme is then modified to reflect the modern trends of developments. The vertical elements are then broken down by horizontal mouldings so as to reflect the residential nature within the neighbourhood.
